Healthy Snacks to Fill You Up

When it comes to snacks, the key is to focus on fiber and protein to keep you full until mealtime. Many of these, such as popcorn or granola, you can prepare ahead of time. This makes it so easy on weekdays when you are on the go!

  • Mixed nuts (Read about the health benefits here!)
  • Peanut butter & apple slices
  • Some type of an energy bar, such as a Lära, Luna, or Kind

Plain Greek Yogurt, Homemade Granola, Blueberries, and Blackberries
  • Cheese and whole-grain crackers
  • Carrots and hummus
  • Guacamole (make it yourself!) with baked, lightly salted tortilla chips
