What I Order at Popular Chain Restaurants

Finding the right food at fast-food restaurants can be difficult. Usually no matter what we choose, our food will not be as healthy as it would be if we were cooking and making it at home. However, sometimes fast-food restaurants are a necessity when you are on a road trip or out with friends. Therefore, here is what I order at popular restaurant chains.

Note: It is important to pick a “good”chain restaurant to dine at. They are not all the same! Some have MANY more healthy options than others. The locations below are, in my opinion, some of the “healthier” restaurant chains out there.

Starbucks
– Hot Lemon Ginger Tea
– Peppercorn Cashews or KIND Bar

– Burrito Bowl with Sofritas (Tofu), Brown Rice, Black Beans, Tomato Salsa, Lettuce, and Guacamole

– Apple on the side (instead of chips)
