In no particular order, here are my favorite brunch places around Chicago. For more ideas, read the first post 🙂

Best Places for Brunch Around Chicago (Part 2)

1. DB3 Donuts (Evanston)
DB3 Donuts has unique, delicious flavors with a fun atmosphere! It is bright, clean, and modern. I love their Cinnamon Toast Crunch doughnut! They have great coffee, too.

2. Market House on the Square (Lake Forest)
Ah, Market House has amazing outdoor seating! It is perfect for a nice day, and I love their avocado toast with poached eggs. They also have great lemon ricotta pancakes 🙂 Market House is welcoming, classic, and perfect for a spring or summertime brunch.

3. Blue Door Kitchen & Garden (Gold Coast)
Blue Door has a perfect outdoor patio and stellar indoor setting that will transport you to summer, no matter the season. My favorite is their “Vegetable Hash” with asparagus, carrot, mushroom, sweet potatoes, and poached eggs.

4. Terra & Vine (Evanston)
Terra & Vine offers indoor and outdoor seating that is modern, fresh, and approachable. Located right in downtown Evanston, Terra & Vine is perfect for any season. I am in love with their avocado toast, which comes with a side of spiced breakfast potatoes. They also have amazing tea!

5. True Juice (Highland Park and Winnetka)
Such a classic location for the North Shore! True Juice has smoothies, juices, energy bars, snacks, and salads. My favorites are the “Daily Greens” smoothie (banana, spinach, spirulina, cinnamon, coconut water, coconut milk) and “The Ivy League” açaí bowl (açaí, almond butter, spinach, banana, more).

6. 3 Arts Club Café (Gold Coast)
After wanting to go for the longest time, I finally made it to 3 Arts Club Café. To say this restaurant is absolutely beautiful would be an understatement. The furniture and architecture are extremely pleasing, not to mention the food is amazing, too! In addition to the vegan & cold-pressed pineapple, thyme, and ginger juice, I ordered the classic grilled cheese with a side salad. Best grilled cheese ever and perfect portion size!

Other Places I Love

  • Loop Juice (a few locations around Chicago downtown)
  • Ten Mile House (Evanston)
  • The Zodiac (Northbrook)
