Ideas for Summer Exercise

Summer brings a wide variety of activities you couldn’t do in the winter. Read more about them here! I often find that exercise comes so much more effortlessly in summer, as you are always outside & moving.

Here are fun ways to get your heart pumping.

Run

Running in the summer is not quite the same as the winter. In fact, it is much much better. Wondering what to wear? Read this post to find out.

Tennis

Outdoor tennis is a great way to spend time with friends and get your heart rate up ❤ Plus, I love tennis skirts.

Swim

Swimming works different muscles than you usually would, and it is a great way to change up your workout routine to work different muscles.

Walk (bring your dog!)

Ah, dogs walks are calming, yet they are perfect to get your body moving.

Beach volleyball

This is beyond fun and, again, a great way to spend time with friends.

This activity is limited to summer, which makes it ALL the more fun.
