Recipe: Vanilla Protein Shake with Cinnamon & Spirulina

This has been my go-to smoothie these past few weeks. It is creamy & comforting with an essential hint of sweetness. I love how the cinnamon adds a touch of spice, and the frozen banana honestly makes it taste like a milkshake.

Spirulina provides numerous health benefits. Read all about them here. What I love about this smoothie is not only does it taste amazing, but it contains lots of protein from a variety of sources (hello, amino acids!). See below for nutritional information.

Just like any smoothie, this is super easy to make; all you do is toss the ingredients in a blender and press a button!
